Building materials industry is at a new stage of development

The O'zqurilishmateriallari joint stock company, which includes 112 enterprises, is implementing a complex of measures for deep processing of local raw materials in cooperation with public authorities. Particular attention is paid to raising the volume of competitive export-oriented construction products and meeting the domestic demand for new quality construction materials. These requirements are opening wide opportunities for the support of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs.

The enterprise specializes in the manufacture of ceramic tile and sanitary products. The total cost of the project is 22 million dollars, which produces three and a half million square meters of ceramic tile a year. During the first phase of the project, US $ 18.6 million was used for foreign investments and loans. As a result, production of 3.5 million square meters of ceramic tiles per year has been launched and 47 new jobs have been created. In the second phase of the project, it is planned to produce 200,000 pieces of flour a year.

Important point is that the enterprise has the most advanced equipment of the People's Republic of China. Measures are being taken to assemble and commission equipment. Starting from December of this year, the enterprise will launch production of modern and quality products.

Due to the conveniences created by the government, the Uzstroymateriali joint-stock company pays great attention to the production of new construction materials.

The activity of LLC "Lux Granit" in the free economic zone "Angren" is not limited to the accomplishments of the aforementioned enterprise. It specializes in the production of 2 million 700 thousand square meters of keramogranite a year for the total amount of $ 37.5 million ($ 4.4 million of foreign investments and loans, $ 33.1 million of commercial bank loans).

The company is equipped with Italian City B & T Group equipment, and starting from September of this year, 50 local people will get a new job.

In the "Pergament kualiti eksklyuziv" limited liability company in Yashnobod district of Tashkent, the German technology has been producing 3 million rolls of quality and modern oblique products per year. As a result of the project, which was successfully commissioned in 2017, over 116 million new jobs were created as a result of the implementation of more than $ 9.5 million.

Certainly, such projects in the system allow us to bring the construction materials industry to a new level, while encouraging local businesses to meet today's demand and needs.
