The main products of Qizilqumsement JSC - high-quality cement - have acquired the status of strategic, because the construction rates that have recently grown in the country require an increasing amount of this material, and the company is working on full satisfaction of the sharply increased demand in recent years for the main construction material.

The company conducts this work in accordance with the Action Strategy for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017–2021. and economic tasks defined in the Message of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Oli Majlis.

To meet the challenges posed by the leadership of the country, we took all the necessary measures and were able to achieve the forecast parameters. This is more than 10 kinds and types of cement: Portland cement for general-purpose grades M400, M500, M400 sulphate Portland, M500, backfill PCT I-100 and Portland cement for the production of products hrizotiltsementnyh PTSH, pozzolan Portland PPV M 400. Today the share of «Qizilqumsement» JSC among cement plants Uzbekistan reached 41.8 percent.

In addition, there was an increase in the production of other finished products, such as lime, slate, concrete, crushed stone, as well as reinforced concrete products - slabs, foundation blocks, etc., produced in the framework of measures to diversify production. During the reporting period, the volume of marketable products in current prices amounted to 1 276.67 billion soums. at the plan of 1,095.63 billion soums. Compared to last year, the volume of marketable products in current prices increased by 464.1 billion soums, the implementation of the business plan amounted to 116.5 percent.

The increase in production and expansion of the product range had a positive impact not only on the commodity potential, but also on the creation of new jobs, the receipt of additional funds, including currency, contributing to further work to ensure the implementation of priority areas of the company.

Housing programs initiated by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev provided an opportunity for people to purchase high-quality and affordable housing at bargain prices. Across the country, not only in cities, but also in rural areas, thousands of accessible individual houses are being built on updated model projects, including infrastructure, new residential complexes and high-rise buildings under preferential loans. Over the past period of this year, over 161 713 tons of cement were shipped for the construction of only these objects.

Navoi cement that meets national and European standards today is used in most large-scale construction projects - for the construction of educational and medical institutions, irrigation and land reclamation facilities, for the needs of Uzbekistan Railways and international highways, the construction of new large plants, modern business centers, etc. socially significant objects.

The plant does not stop there. For this year, the Investment Program was approved fr om 22 events for a total amount of 181,520 million soums, of which 3 events for 71,169 million soums. It is planned to implement with the assistance of the International Development Association (IDA) funds in the framework of the project “Improving the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises”

To implement this project, the modernization of the system for the secondary crushing of raw materials was completed with the installation of two cone crushers of medium crushing instead of low-efficiency hammer mills. An averaging system of limestone is being installed with the installation of a modern stacker and a palletizer at a warehouse with a capacity of 120 thousand tons, a closed-loop system for grinding cement in the mill No. 7 with the installation of a highly efficient separator. The implementation of these projects will save tens of millions of kW / h of electricity per year. Previously, a new compressor station was launched, the process control system in the raw materials shop was automated, a number of projects were implemented to modernize and improve the energy efficiency of production lines from the mining shop to the grinding shop. Along with the constructed modern substation, the existing substation has also been modernized, which are equipped with the most advanced equipment mainly of domestic production. Thus, the plant managed to solve the main tasks - to achieve improvement in the quality and increase in production volumes while reducing the use of energy resources. ”

The plant is changing for the better, moving to new machinery and equipment, modern production technologies. The newest separators installed have increased the quality of cement several times, with the launch of the seventh mill, the cement production capacity has increased, it has become possible to carry out remedial measures with high quality, without reducing production rates and volumes.

Without the implementation of these activities in accordance with the requirements of the time, the diversification of production cannot be talked about increasing the export program of entering and promoting our products to foreign markets. JSC "Qizilqumsement" has established the release of several dozen items of additional high-quality goods and products. From the very first day of production, concrete slabs of Qizilqumsement JSC were in demand, the production of which doubled compared to the first year. The production of building lime increased 2.5 times compared to last year, which allowed Qizilqumsement JSC to export lime to Kazakhstan in the amount of 13,361.3 tons in the amount of USD 811.8 thousand, of which 9913 tons lump quicklime and 3,448.4 tons of powdered lime.

Once created to meet the construction needs of the cities of Navoi, Zarafshan, Uchkuduk and industrial facilities built in the Kyzylkum desert, the enterprise is today the leading cement producer in the country.
