Uzbekistan-Italy: the advantages of a new joint venture in the building materials industry

At present, the products manufactured by these enterprises fully occupy positions in the domestic and foreign markets and are trying to produce products from local raw materials and strengthen international cooperation in this regard.

The O'zqurilishmateriallari joint stock company, which includes many enterprises in its structure, is implementing a complex of measures for deep processing of local raw materials in cooperation with public authorities. Particularly, special attention is paid to increasing the volume of competitive export-oriented construction products and meeting the domestic demand for new quality construction materials. These requirements create opportunities for local and foreign entrepreneurs.

It is gratifying to note that this non-profit organization has been expanding its structure by launching many new enterprises. A new enterprise, Marmarobod, was recently set up in Gozgon village of Nurata district of Navoi region, which specializes in the production of construction materials from natural stone roofing materials. Today, another enterprise was launched in Jizzakh.

This new power, located in the Jizzakh city, is a joint Uzbek-Italian joint venture, Jizzakh stoun kualiti. He specializes in the production of modern and high quality artificial stone and tile from natural raw materials of cobbled stones.

The territory of our country, along with non-norg raw materials, has a huge stock of natural decorations. Similarly, the Jizzakh region has a large deposit of natural cobbled stones.

"The joint venture has been established in Jizzakh city within the framework of the relevant decree and decree of the head of our state. It was organized by Italian investor Giovanni Petrichioli and entrepreneurs of our country", said Maksudbek Yusupov, head of the O'zqurilishmateriallari joint-stock company. . - This is the result of the benefits and priorities created for foreign investors in our country, the opportunities available in the production of construction materials and the close cooperation of the O'zqurilishmateriallari Joint Stock Company with local khokimiyats. Especially, using 100% of local raw materials in production, producing 360,000 square meters of food a year, and employing 30 local young people, shows that this project is economically justified and has a high social importance.

Sectors of our country are engaged in the production of natural stone products, marble, granite and travertine blocks, crushed stone, sand, crushed stone, marble, glass, ceramic, phosphorus, raw materials for porcelain industry, dolomite stones, slabs, natural stone patterns, mosaics, polbop and consumer goods. The construction materials industry has grown rapidly over the past two years, resulting in 120 types of products manufactured by domestic enterprises to 180 as a result of reforms in the system.

Nowadays, the demand for natural decoration is rising due to the sharp increase in construction and construction works in our country. Currently, efforts are being made to introduce new capacities to meet existing needs.

As you know, today in our country, 152 pieces of natural cobbled stone are produced by 700,000 cubic meters of stone a year. They produce 6650 thousand square meters of natural stoneware stone plates.

For the implementation of our project we have mastered 2583 thousand euros, including own funds of the company in the amount of EUR 600 thousand, 1083 thousand Euros of Ipotekabank and 900 thousand euros of foreign investments (Italy) said the head of the joint venture, Abdunazar Shamsiddinov. - The main feature of our company's technology is that the price of relatively cheap natural stones is made of raw material, it creates a modern and high-quality product and creates value. This will serve not only the enterprise, but also the income and welfare of the employees.
