Information and communication technologies Week - 2017

On July 5, the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan issued a resolution "On Measures for Organization and Holding of ICTWEEK Uzbekistan's Week of Information and Communication Technologies."

The resolution provides for the resolution of organizational issues of the annual activities of the ICT Week, as well as granted the right to state and economic authorities, local executive bodies within the ICT Week, on an exceptional basis, to enter into direct contracts with domestic companies in the field of information and communication technologies ICT for the acquisition, development and provision of services for the creation of information systems, resources, databases and other software products of tender (competitive) bidding.

On the part of the Ministry of Finance, within a month, a provision will be approved providing for the registration and maintenance of the register of contracts concluded within the framework of the ICT Week.

ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2017 will be held from 18 to 22 September. This event will traditionally combine a number of specialized events into a single format.
