Engineering basis of making fibrous mass for manufacturing roofing felt

Roofing felt production includes production of rag, waste paper and wood pulp, preparation of composition of raw fiber, process of refining and cleaning of paperboard mass and paperboard production process on paperboard machine.

Rag, wastepaper and fiber pulp through dosing unit simultaneously enter to the composition basin.

This project is aimed at solving the issue of making fiber pulp by processing of waste of annual plants suitable for cellulose production and using it in roofing paper production.

Application of annual plants fiber increases the productivity of paperboard machine and reduces rupture pasteboard fabric.
