The Directorate of Small and Youth Industrial Zones of Tashkent Region announces a competition for vacant land plots and buildings (facilities) located within the small industrial zones of the region.

The competition is conducted in accordance with Resolution No. 134 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 9, 2020. In particular, based on the requirements set out in Chapter 3 of this Resolution, the land plot offered for the competition will be selected according to the most optimal investment project proposed by the applicants and, based on the obligations of the winner, will be put up for auction.

If you plan to establish your own business, you are required to submit the following documents:

• an investment application for the implementation of an investment project in the territory of the Small Industrial Zone (SIZ) — in 2 copies;

• in sealed envelopes: a business plan of the proposed investment project, information on the investor’s financial and economic activities over the last three years (if available), as well as information on the applicant’s work experience in the relevant field — in 2 copies.

Note. The information and documents submitted by the applicant must comply with Clauses 21 and 23 of Resolution No. 134 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 3, 2020. The applicant bears personal responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the submitted information.

Procedure and format for submitting envelopes containing investment applications:

To participate in the competition, the applicant or their authorized representative must submit, in person or by post (registered mail with prior notification), to the Directorate an investment application for the implementation of an investment project in the territory of the SIZ, completed in the prescribed form, in two copies, in sealed envelopes, within the timeframes specified in the competition announcement.

All pages of the submitted documents must be certified by the applicant’s signature.
