A list of materials required to affiliate with the JSC

A list of materials required to submit to the company for admission as associate members:

1) Letter for affiliation with JSC "Uzqurilishmateriallari".

2) Certificate of registration (copy).

3) Articles of Association of the enterprise (copy).

4) Certificate of conformity for the products;

5) Resolution of the founders on the affiliation with JSC "Uzqurilishmateriallari";

6) Balance Sheet, F-2, F-2a, detailed breakdown of accounts payables and accounts receivable – for the reporting period (copy).

7) Statistical reporting for small businesses Form 1-KB and for large business enterprises Form 1-S - for the reporting period (copy).

8) Business plan for the forthcoming year.
