With the rapid development of the construction materials industry in Uzbekistan, cement production has gained particular importance. One of the largest and historically significant plants in the country is “Qizilqumsement” Joint Stock Company, which today holds a strong position in both the domestic and foreign markets.
“Qizilqumsement” JSC was commissioned in 1977 in the city of Navoi. Its construction and launch played a vital role in supporting construction works and the development of major industrial and infrastructure facilities across the country.
The plant has an annual production capacity of over 5 million tons of cement. Today, it produces various grades of Portland cement, sulfate-resistant cement, and special types of cement. The enterprise manufactures up to 15,000 tons of cement per day.

The products of “Qizilqumsement” JSC are supplied not only to the domestic market but are also exported. The company maintains a significant share of Uzbekistan’s cement market, consistently meeting a large portion of domestic demand.
In recent years, the plant has introduced modern energy-efficient technologies. These innovations have increased production efficiency and aligned product quality with international standards. Currently, the company operates four production lines, all running at full capacity. At the same time, special attention is given to ensuring environmental sustainability. Environmental monitoring at the plant has been strengthened, and within the framework of the “Green Initiative” program, the company plays a leading role in creating green belts.
Thousands of specialists and workers are employed at the plant, making a significant contribution not only to the economy and social life of Navoi region but also to the entire country.
“Qizilqumsement” JSC is the flagship of Uzbekistan’s cement industry, playing a strategic role in the implementation of major construction and infrastructure projects. Modernization, quality improvement, and expanded export opportunities allow the enterprise to maintain its leadership not only in the national market but also in the regional market.
