Today, at a briefing, the Head of the Information Service of the “Uzsanoatqurilishmateriallari” Association, Jamshid Shermetov, provided information on the topic “Analysis of Executive Discipline in the Construction Materials Sector.”
It was noted that the Association has established a daily monitoring system to ensure the implementation of the Decrees, Resolutions, Orders, and Instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including assignments given following foreign visits and reflected in “Road Maps,” as well as the instructions of the Head of the Presidential Administration, and the decisions, orders, and instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Issues of strengthening executive discipline are regularly discussed at meetings of the Association’s Board.
As of September 2025, the Association, as the main executor, has fully ensured the implementation of 13 assignments of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1 assignment of the Head of the Presidential Administration, and 1 assignment of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the electronic system “edo.ijro.uz,” as of October 15, 2025:
Out of 9 assignments of the President scheduled for implementation in October 2025, 4 have been completed; Additionally, 1 assignment of the Head of the Presidential Administration and 1 assignment of the Cabinet of Ministers have been fulfilled.
The status of implementation of assignments is reviewed twice a week — on Mondays and Fridays — under the supervision of the management, with reports from responsible executors being heard.
Out of 832 assignments based on Presidential documents, 718 have been completed, while 114 remain in progress.
Out of 60 assignments of the Head of the Presidential Administration, 37 have been completed.
Out of 365 assignments based on Cabinet of Ministers documents, 355 have been implemented.
By the end of the year, the Association, as the main executor, plans to complete another 37 important assignments of the President.
In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Additional Measures to Further Strengthen Executive Discipline in State Bodies and Organizations” dated July 25, 2025, No. PF-117, the Association regularly publishes information on the implementation status of legislative documents and assignments on its official website by the 5th day of each following month.
