The “Uzpromstroymaterialy” Association provides support to construction materials manufacturers in the following ways:

• represents and protects the interests of the members of the Association in state authorities and administrative bodies, as well as submits proposals for the development of the industry;

• attracts local and foreign investments, and systematically studies the effectiveness of investment program implementation;

• within its powers, provides the “Enterprise” with necessary assistance in relations with all government bodies, and lawfully protects its rights and interests;

• studies foreign markets and assists with export activities;

• in order to present product samples, sends them to foreign buyers, foreign trade houses, showrooms, as well as to the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad to help in finding customers;

• when necessary, engages foreign specialists to develop proposals for analyzing and improving the business activities of the “Enterprise”;

• organizes negotiations with potential partners;

• facilitates participation in local and international exhibitions, fairs, forums, and tenders;

• promotes the products of Association members and assists in covering the activities of enterprises in the media;

• assists in staff training and retraining.

The “UzstroymaterialyLITI” LLC Scientific Research and Engineering Center, established under the Association, provides quality, fast, and affordable services under contract, including:

• research activities, including studies aimed at producing new construction materials based on local raw materials;

• design and survey works, including the design of enterprises producing cement, lime, gypsum, glass, and other construction materials;

• designing the introduction of new efficient technologies at existing enterprises;

• designing the modernization of existing production facilities;

• conducting geological exploration works;

• carrying out scientific research and experimental design work and providing services in these areas;

• preparation of project-estimate documentation;

• development of feasibility studies and business plans;

• conducting laboratory tests of raw materials, construction materials, and structures;

• carrying out innovative research and developing innovative materials;

• in a laboratory equipped with 73 types of modern equipment, 225 types of tests are conducted.

The “Mining-Geological Integrated Expedition” LLC, also established under the Association, provides high-quality, prompt, and affordable services under contract, including:

• conducting geological exploration at non-metallic mineral deposits;

• performing geodetic surveying and topographic works (based on license No. AE 483 issued by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography, and State Cadastre on December 26, 2018);

• development of feasibility studies (FS) required from entrepreneurs to obtain licenses for the use of land plots containing non-metallic minerals;

• preparation of extended feasibility calculations (EFR);

• development of a working project for the exploitation of a deposit;

• preparation of a project for allotment of a mining site;

• development of a mining operations development project.
