The Best in the Construction Materials Industry Announced for 2025

Today, the Association “Uzsanоatqurilishmateriallari” held the official “Year in Review” award ceremony, organized to study market supply and demand, support industrial enterprises, and analyze the development of the construction materials industry. The event was attended by the management of JSCB “Uzsanоatqurilishbank”, the Association “Uzsanоatqurilishmateriallari”, the Agency for Technical Regulation, the National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change, industry experts, entrepreneurs, and media representatives.

According to the program, the event began with a press conference for media representatives on the topic “Analysis of the Republic’s Construction Materials Industry in 2025.” Deputy Chairman of the Association’s Board, Ulugbek Khaqberdiyev, provided detailed information on the work carried out in the sector and future plans.

It was noted that by the end of 2025, enterprises in the sector are expected to produce goods worth 53 trillion UZS, achieving a growth rate of 112.5%. The industry’s share in the country’s total industrial output stands at 5.1%.

In particular, production volumes are expected to reach:

• 40 million sq. m of construction glass,

• 110 million sq. m of gypsum board,

• 19.9 million tons of cement,

• 48.7 million sq. m of ceramic tiles,

• 880 thousand units of ceramic sanitary ware.

Last year, total investments in the sector amounted to USD 2.040 billion, including USD 1.59 billion in foreign direct investment and loans.

In 2025, major investment projects were launched in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as well as in Tashkent, Surkhandarya, Andijan, and Samarkand regions.

By the end of the current year, the sector’s exports are expected to reach USD 1.1 billion. Export structure includes:

• USD 221.1 million in metal products,

• USD 81.0 million in ceramic products,

• USD 108.9 million in PVC profiles, pipes, and plastic products,

• USD 62.8 million in dry construction mixes.

Notably, the number of exported construction material types increased from 55 to 62, while export geography expanded from 50 to 60 countries.

By destination, export shares were distributed as follows: 25.5% — Russian Federation, 21.1% — Kazakhstan, 18.1% — Kyrgyzstan, 12.7% — Tajikistan, 3.1% — Afghanistan, 3.1% — Belarus, 2.6% — Turkmenistan.

By the end of 2025, within the localization program, Association member enterprises are expected to produce goods worth UZS 4.4 trillion, achieving 126.5% of the planned target.

Media representatives received answers to their questions, after which the main event — the “Year in Review” official award ceremony — took place.

Winners and prize recipients were determined through a public online survey conducted on the Association’s official Telegram and Facebook pages in the following nominations:

“Brand of the Year,” “Best Exporting Enterprise of the Year,” “Best Cement Producer,” “Leader in Quality Consistency,” “Environmentally Friendly Enterprise,” and “Enterprise Achieving Scientific Excellence.”

During the 10-day voting period, nearly 200,000 votes were cast. According to the results:

• Brand of the Year — Thermo Plus brand of Khorezm Insulation Group LLC;

• Best Exporting Enterprise of the Year — Akfa Extrusions LLC;

• Best Cement Producer — Namangan Cement LLC;

• Leader in Quality Consistency — Durable Beton LLC;

• Environmentally Friendly Enterprise — IMPERIAL-GRANIT LLC;

• Enterprise Achieving Scientific Excellence — ECOPLIT company.
