General results of the first half of 2016

According to the general result for the first half of 2016, industrial production made up 1328,3 billion sum. Growth rate comparing with the same period of the last year comprised 106,3%.

Consumer goods were produced for 104,5 billion sum , or 105,6% to the same period of 2015.

For the reporting period produced: cement 3855,8 thousand tons or 100,3% for the first half of 2015, building glass – 3,77 million square meter (102,9%), gypsum board – 5,6 million square meter (119,8%), lime – 13,2 thousand ton (172,1%.), building gypsum – 30 thousand ton (101,6%), dry construction mix -30,2 thousand ton (120,3%), ceramics – 535 thousand square meters (111%), wall materials – 30,7 million pieces (120,8%) and etc.

Export comprised 28,8 million USD , which is 100% to the forecast of a period and 120% to the first half of 2015.

According to the Program of Localization for the accounting period production output was 4 780,9 million sum, which is 100,1 % to the period forecast.

According to the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2016 (The Decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 25.12.2015 №PP-2458) regarding «Uzbuildmaterials» JSC planned the realization of 15 projects with the total sum of coping of 69,40 million USD, including to put into power 6 projects with the total sum of 14,31 million USD.

Measures on provision of forecast indicators of the investment program in the first half of the year and the whole year with considering the replacement of the projects in determinated order as well as commissioning of the objects promptly.

In the first half of 2016 implemented in fact 35,81 million USD. (127,2% to the forecast), from them, 18,5 million USD at the expense of foreign investment and credits (134,3% to the forecast).

On Program of measures of the provision of structural changes, modernization and diversification of the production for 2015-2019 years for the 1^st quarter of 2016 in fact, implemented 18,2 million USD, while forecasted 15,24 million USD (119,4%).

On the basis of the technical audit conducted by the enterprises of the company an integrated operational schedule for 2016, on laying-up and renewal of the morally and physically outmoded facilities with the replacement to modern, was worked out.

From the planned works of technical audit, there were implemented 5821 thousand USD (180,3%), replaced and renewed 24 units of equipment (109,1%).

According to the operative data, the accounts receivable for the 1^st of July of 2016 was 359,4 billion sum ( 98% to the same period of previous year ) .

Account payable for the 1^st of July of 2016 comprised 260,3 billion sum ( 95% to the same period of previous year ), no late debts.

There are no unprofitable enterprises.

According to the general results of the reporting year, “Uzbuildmaterials” JSC does not have a shortage of own circulating assets.

There is no late debts on payments for budget and off-budget fund.

For the 1^st of July of 2016 remains of finished commodity in warehouses of the enterprise comprised 43,3 billion sum, against 44,4 billion sum for the 1^st of July of 2015, or 97,5%. No over norm remains.

At the organized 9^th International Industrial Fair and Cooperation exchange for 2016 were concluded 270 contract for the total amount of 195,1 billion sum. In fact, for the first half of 2016 made a purchase for 97,9 billion sum (100,1 %).

On execution of resource balance of production and cement consumption for 2016, according to the results of January-March of 2016 there were produced 3855,8 thousand tons of cement, which is 101,6% to the forecast period and 100,3% to the same period of 2015. Delivery of the cement is being made upon fixed term, according to the concluded contracts, delivering through Uzbek Commodity Exchange made for 106,5%.

For the first half of 2016 a production price was reduced to 76,8 billion sum or to 10,1%, including: at the expense of saving energy resources– 3,9%, optimization of costs for raw materials and resources– 3,9%, reducing operational costs and costs for maintenance of managerial personnel – 1,5%, reducing overhead and other costs – 4,7%.

For the reporting period, industrial products were produced for 185 billion sum by the small-scale and private business, unit weight of the production at the overall weigh of production of goods comprised 14%.

At the first half of 2016, according to the confirmed Address program of creating new jobs and out-work, in fact, were created 775 jobs, program was fulfilled to 101,6%.
