General results of 2016

According to the general result of 2016, industrial production made up 2 804,8 billion sum. Growth rate comparing with the last year comprised 110,9%.

Consumer goods were produced for 237,3 billion sum , or 109,9% to the same period of 2015.

For the reporting period produced: cement 7603,5 thousand tons or 100 %, building glass – 12,7 million square meter (100,1%), gypsum board –25 million square meter (111,6%), lime – 23,4 thousand ton (100,4%.), building gypsum – 68,1 thousand ton (112, %), dry construction mix – 65,5 thousand ton (120,8%), ceramics title – 1,5 million square meters (2,1 times), wall materials – 63 million pieces (121,4%) and etc.

Export comprised 117,1 million USD , which is 102,5% to the forecast of a period.

According to the Program of Localization for the accounting period production output was 46 billion sum, which is 102,1% to the period forecast.

According to the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2016 (The Decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 25.12.2015 №PP-2458) regarding «Uzbuildmaterials» JSC planned the realization of 15 projects with the total sum of coping of 69,8 million USD, including to put into power 6 projects with the total sum of 14,31 million USD.

For the reporting year, the forecast for the development of the investment was 71.34 million dollars, which is 102.1% of the forecast or 133.7% by 2015, and 9 enterprises were commissioned and 21.95 mln. mastered

On the Program of Measures to Ensure Structural Transformation, Modernization and Diversification of Production for 2015-2019, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 4 March 2015. №UP-4707 for JSC "Uzstroymaterialy" provides for the implementation of 11 projects. In 2015, 4 enterprises were put into operation and 18.87 million USD were developed. investments.

For 2016 for 7 projects, 34.22 million USD were invested.

In accordance with the Program of Measures for the Further Development of the Construction Industry for 2016-2020 approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 28, 2016. No. PP-2615 provides for the implementation in 2016-2020 of 80 projects for the production of construction industry products. During these years with eq. 1,2 billion dollars will be invested.

In 2016, according to the program, 6 projects are planned to be put into operation, actually 34 projects with a total cost of 156.6 million dollars were put into operation.

On the basis of the technical audit conducted by the enterprises of the company an integrated operational schedule for 2016, on laying-up and renewal of the morally and physically outmoded facilities with the replacement to modern, was worked out.

From the planned works of technical audit, there were implemented 10,9 million USD, replaced and renewed 50 units of equipment (106,4%).

According to the operative data, the accounts receivable for the 1^st of January of 2017 was 359,1 billion sum (93% to the same period of previous year ) .

Account payable for the 1^st of January of 2017 comprised 259,6 billion sum (93,2 % to the same period of previous year ), no late debts.

There are no unprofitable enterprises.

According to the general results of the reporting year, “Uzbuildmaterials” JSC does not have a shortage of own circulating assets.

There is no late debts on payments for budget and off-budget fund.

For the 1^st of January of 2017 remains of finished commodity in warehouses of the enterprise comprised 36,4 billion sum, No over norm remains.

At the organized 9^th International Industrial Fair and Cooperation exchange for 2016 were concluded 270 contract for the total amount of 195,1 billion sum. In fact, for 2016 made a purchase for 195,2 billion sum (100%).

On execution of resource balance of production and cement consumption for 2016, according to the results of 2016 there were produced 7605,5 thousand tons of cement, which is 100% to the forecast period and 100% to the same period.

The cost of production was reduced by 137.7 billion sum or 10.1%, including: by saving energy resources - 0.7%, rationing and reduction of specific norms of consumption of raw materials and materials, optimization of procurement processes - 3.2%, optimization Technological processes, reduction of technological losses - 1.0%, reduction of unit costs due to increase in labor productivity and fixed assets - 2.0%, decrease in overhead costs - 1.8% and decrease in other costs - 1.4%.

For the reporting period, industrial products were produced for 399,6 billion sum by the small-scale and private business, unit weight of the production at the overall weigh of production of goods comprised 14,2%.

According to the confirmed Address program of creating new jobs and out-work, in fact, were created 1464 jobs, program was fulfilled to 100,5%.
