Special building materials

Bikrom

Bikrom is a high-quality product that allows you to make low-cost roofing. Using it does not require expensive equipment, whereas it is reliable enough. It is intended for installation and repair of roofs with a small slope, and for waterproofing of buildings and structures in cases where the level of reliability of walling system is not subject to stringent requirements.

Dry Mixes

In the recent past, the concept of dry mixes existed more in theory than in practice. Today, the modern construction is difficult to imagine without use of these products. Dry mixes advantageously differ from conventional mortars and concrete, providing high productivity, culture and quality of construction works.

Glassware

Float glass is a sheet of glass made by floating molten glass on a bed of molten metal, typically tin, although lead and various low melting point alloys were used in the past. This method gives the sheet uniform thickness and very flat surfaces. Modern windows are made from float glass. Most float glass is soda-lime glass, but relatively minor quantities of specialty borosilicate and flat panel display glass are also produced using the float glass process. The float glass process is also known as the Pilkington process, named after the British glass manufacturer Pilkington, which pioneered the technique (invented by Sir Alastair Pilkington) in the 1950s.

Mineral wool insulation products

Mineral wool is a fibrous material consisting of thin, flexible fibers derived from rock, such as basalt, diabase, limestone, dolomite, etc.

Mineral wool products are made by gluing cotton fibers with binders (usually synthetic resins).

Pipe Thermal Insulation Jacket "SHELL"

Thermal insulation jacket for pipe "SHELL" is a new and effective type of insulation for pipes, which is widely applied in industrial and civil construction in developed countries.

JV PANELPLAST offers heat-insulating sheath pipe - shell of expanded polystyrene (foam) PSB-S grade 15 and 25 (GOST 15588-86). The product consists of two or more (depending on the pipe diameter) semi-cylinders / segment length of 2 meters and a thickness of 2 to 10 cm, which allows the most efficient and economical to perform insulation pipes.

Poliizol

Poliizol is a product that perfectly fulfills its primary function: to protect building against water. The results of laboratory tests and practical usage experience confirm the reliability and durability of Poliizol.

Polypropylene Bags AD*STAR

The most important feature of packing is guarantee that packed material will be preserved to a maximum degree on the way from factory to end user. Robust fabric minimizes damages and rupture of bags. Characteristics of bags regulated in accordance with the content provide ideal protection of your valuable packed material.

Sandwich Panels

Sandwich panels are the main element of the pre-fabricated buildings and structures. Panel components are metal sheets and heat insulation, glued together with special glue. Heat insulation is foam polystyrene of different density. Sandwich panels are intended for construction of workshops and warehouses, refrigerators and freezers, poultry houses and cow sheds, sport facilities and hangars, etc. It’s warm in winter and cold in summer in a building is made of sandwich panels.

Sanitary Ceramic Products

Ceramic sanitary products include ceramic sewage and drainage pipes, sanitary appliances (wash basins, toilet bowls, flush cisterns, etc.).

Faience sanitary products are solid fine-pored white ceramic goods. They are different from porcelain with higher porosity and water absorption (up to 9-12 %), therefore all faience ware are covered with thin solid waterproof coat of glaze.

Thermal insulation facade elements of EPS

Decorative elements of the facades of buildings were previously made by heavy elements – such as concrete, stone, plaster.

JV PANELPLAST offers a more cost-effective and reliable way to create the facade of polystyrene foam.
